Abstract: Theauthorsortedhistorymobilepositioningdataofanumberofmobilephoneusers.Theusersaveragetravelspeedandothertrafficstateparameterswereobtained.Therelationshipbetweenthepositioningdataandroadstrafficstatehasbeenanalyzedbyusingtheprincipleoffuzzytheory.Theroadstrafficstatecanbesortedandreviewedbytheaveragetraveltimedelaysandotherevaluationfactors.Akindoftrafficstatedetectionalgorithmbasedonfuzzycomprehensiveevaluationhasbeenputforward.Theresultsshowthatthismethodcaneffectivelyaccesstousersoftheroadtrafficcondition.
