Abstract: Usingenergyexchangemethodstoabsorb70% heatenergyofscrewaircompressorshaftpower,thetapwaterisheatedtothe55℃temperature,itshotwatercouldbesuppliedintoboilerwater,heating,bathwater.Ithasbeenfoundthatheatenergyofaircompressorinoperationalprocesscouldbemadeuseofsupportingproduction,whichcouldeffectivelybeimprovedenergyutilizationrate,reducingproductioncost,increasingeconomicefficiency,aswellaslowcarbonproduction.
