Abstract: Inviewofproblemsinphosphorusoregrindingsystem,thispapercomesupwithaplantotransformthegrindingsystemequipment,technologiesandelectricaldevices,andthenimplementsitinpractice.Theresultshowsthattheoutputpermachinehasraisedfrom8t/hto12t/h,thefinenessofproductshasbeenoptimizedanddustemissionconcentrationdecreasesfrom3500g/Nm3to50mg/Nm3.Itrealizestheincreaseofproductionandefficiency,andalsoenergysaving&emissionreduction.
