Abstract: Owingtolackofscientificanduniformplanning,thispaperarguesthatthetraditionalecologicalflowofriversismanagedbyhumanindividualsandexperience,whosedataareobtainedthroughexperienceandsamplesurveys.TakingDayingriversasanexample,itproposesastudyofecologicalflowmonitoringsystembasedonafusionofWSN&GPRS,offeringamodelforecologicalflowaccordingly,determiningmonitoringequipmentmodel,andrealizingthenetworkdesignoffusi0nofWSNandGPRS.
