Abstract: Abstract:AfterChinacarriedoutreformandopenpolicy,highervocationaleducationofYunnanhas beenachievedleapdevelopmentwhichaccountforalmosthalfofhighereducationofYunnan.theconstructionofteamteachinginhighervocationaleducationshouldbedemandeda higher with its rapiddevelopment.InordertoimprovetheoveralllevelofteamteachingandmeettheneedsofbuildinguptheYunnan“bridgehead”andscientificdevelopmentofhighervocationaleducation.Thispaperdiscusses someapproachestotheprofessionaldevelopmentofvocationalcollegeteachersofYunnan,basedonanalysismainfactorswhichaffectitsdevelopment.Itisofgreatsignificanceforcreatedanoblemorality,businessskills,reasonablestructure,dynamicandattractivespecializedteam.
