Abstract: Heattreatmenttechnologyinaluminumfoilproductionprocesswasdiscussed.Influenceofho mogenizingannealing,middleannealingandfinalannealingtreatmenttoaluminumfoilproductionwasin troduced.Homogenizingannealingmakesthesolublephasestructurecompletelyornearlycompletelydis solved,thusreducingtheinternalstressandimprovingtheplasticity.Bymiddleannealing,thesolidsol ubilityofSiandFereducesandtheplasticityofAlplaterecovers.Andfinalannealinghelpsaluminum foilfullyrecrystallizeandremovestheresidualoiloffinishedproductsurface,sothatthealuminumfoil couldachievednicemechanicalpropertiesandexpandedeasily.Aluminumfoilblandwithreasonableho mogenizingandmiddleannealinginconducivetothesubsequentrollingandgethighqualityaluminum foilproducts.Futuredevelopmentofheattreatmenttechnologyofaluminumfoilwasdiscussed.
