Abstract: Ultrasonicextractiontechnology,integratedwithpropylalcoholandammoniumsulfateaqueous twophaseseparationwasusedtoextractgeneralflavonoidsfromEcliptaalba.Theoptimumextraction conditionsfromsinglefactorexperimentwere:theamountofammoniumsulfatewas12% (W %);pro pylalcoholoccupied50%;massandliquidratiowas1∶30andultrasonicextractionwas30min.Then, theaverageyieldofgeneralflavonoidswas422%,whichwasbetterthanthatfromheatingrefluxex traction.
