Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of science and lechnology ,industrial production has shifted from large-scale mass production to small-scale small batch and customized flexible production methods. 'The application of industrial robots and machine vision in industrial production has also become more and more extensive. Using ABB industrial robots to send and receive data through socket communication and vision systems，the product process information is grouped and processed in accordance with the processing sequence. It can reduce the number of comparisons，and realize the control of the customized production process.
