摘要: 随着科学技术的不断发展和进步,工业生产从大规模大批量的生产方式转向了小规模小批量及定制化的柔性生产方式,工业机器人技术和图像视觉技术在工业生产中的应用也越来越广泛。利用ABB工业机器人通过socket通信与视觉系统发送和接收数据,对产品流程信息按照加工顺序分组并进行提取和处理,减少比对次数,实现流程的定制化生产过程的控制。

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of science and lechnology ,industrial production has shifted from large-scale mass production to small-scale small batch and customized flexible production methods. 'The application of industrial robots and machine vision in industrial production has also become more and more extensive. Using ABB industrial robots to send and receive data through socket communication and vision systems,the product process information is grouped and processed in accordance with the processing sequence. It can reduce the number of comparisons,and realize the control of the customized production process.
