摘要:

高职院校学生就业问题一直是高等教育关注和研究的重要内容之一,高职院校学生就业的数量和质量与高职院校实施的人才培养模式密切相关。基于高校综合测评制度的视角,分析了云南省高职院校学生的就业现状和综合素质测评存在的问题以及优化方案,并在此基础之上提出了测评优化倒逼学校人才培养模式的优化,最终形成人才培养、综合素质测评与学生就业的贯通。

Abstract:

The students' employment at higher vocational colleges has always been paid attention to and one of the most important topics to study. The quantity and quality of employmentis closely related to the personnel cultivation model to implement.  Based on the perspective of comprehensive evaluation system
in colleges and universities,the research analyzes the students' present employment situation,problems in comprehensive quality assessment and the optimization scheme.  Then it proposes that the evaluation optimization push the optimization of personnel cultivation model,finally getting personnel cultivation,comprehensive quality assessment and students' employment interconnected.
