废旧电路板上电子元件的拆卸工艺现状及展望

摘要:

随着一次资源的不断开发和逐渐枯竭,二次资源(尤其是城市矿山) 的回收利用必将提上日程。而废旧电路板又是城市矿山中回收金属的主体原料,要使其有效的加工利用,首先就要进行拆解。对废旧电路板拆解过程中的固定方式、熔焊方法、焊锡回收以及电子元器件的拆卸现状进行了分析,并指出了其发展的方向和
趋势。

Abstract:

With the continuous development and the gradual depletion of primary resources,secondary resources(especially in urban mine)recycling will be considered.Waste printed circuit board(WPCB) is the mainmaterial of recycling metal in the city mine.WPCB must be disassembly to make its effective use.Fixed mode of waste printed circuit board disassembly,weldingmethod,solder recovery,and status of electronic components demolition were analyzed.The direction and trend of its development are pointed out.
