高镁型硅酸镍矿离析提镍试验研究

Study on Recovery of Nickel from High Magnesium Nickel Silicate Ore by Chloridizing Segregation

摘要:

云南某地的硅酸镍矿属面型风化壳矿床,资源储量大,但成分复杂、品位较低,常规选矿方法无法对其利用,是一种难选冶的矿种。根据高镁型硅酸镍矿的性质,采用氯化离析-弱磁选冶联合的方法进行条件试验研究,分别进行了氯化剂的用量试验、还原剂的用量试验、不同助剂的用量试验、焙烧温度试验、焙烧时间试验及磁选磁场强度试验,并选取最优的条件进行了重复试验。试验结果表明:氯化剂用量为30%,还原剂用量为15%,助剂选用CaO、添加量为10%,焙烧温度为1100℃,焙烧时间为90min,磁场强度为1.2T,为最佳的试验条件,可获得镍精矿品位8.07%,回收率75.27%的选矿指标,为合理利用硅酸镍矿提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:

Silicate nickel ore in Yunnan Province with big resource reserves,complex components and low nickel grade,belongs to a surface weathering clust deposit,which couldn't get used by the conventional method.According to the character of high magnesium,nickel,the condition experiments ofchloridizing segregation-magnetic separation technology had been conducted in this paper,including experiments of the dosage of chlorination agent,the dosage of reducing reagent,the dosage of additives,the roasting temperature,the roasting time and intensity of magnetic field.The optimum conditions were chosen to conduct the repeated test.The results of experiment showed that the optimum conditions were the chlorination regent with a dosage of 30%,the reductant with a dosage of15%,CaO as the additive of a dosage of 10%,roasting at 1100℃  for 90 min,and themagnetic field intensity of1.2T.Under the optimal conditions,the nickel g-rade of 8.07% and the nickel recovery of75.27% were achieved.This has provideda  reasonable method of utilizing silicate nickel ore.
