摘要:
为预防井下采空区引发的矿山灾害,设计并建立了赣中钨矿井下废石充填系统。充填系统包括侧卸式 矿车输送、机车运输、电耙倒运及充填井巷工程。2年来,共有8个采空区的32.2万m3采空区得到有效充填, 工程应用结果表明,废石充填率为60% ~70%,能有效预防岩移、岩爆及地表沉陷等灾害;此外,充填系统每 年可节约废石提升与运输费用600万元/a,并减少了地表废石堆场体积。

Abstract:
Tocontrolpotentialmininghazardsinducedbyundergroundgoafs,thewasterockbackfillsystemwasdesignedandconstructedinGanZhongTungstenMine.Thesystemincludesconveyingequipmentsoftramcars,rocktransferbyelectricrakes,haulagenetworkandminingworkings.Totalvolumeof322000m3ineightgobsisefficientlybackfilledwithwasterocksinthepasttwoyears.Fieldeffectsindicatethatbackfillrateis60% ~70%,whichisapplicabletocontrolpotentialhazardssuchasrockmovement,rockburstandsurfacesubsidence.Additionally,backfillconstructionreducestheannualpricesofrockliftandtransportationbysixmillionyuaneveryyear,whichfurtherloweredthelanduseofsurfacedumping.
