某水电站施工导流度汛方案优化比选

Optimization and Comparison of Construction Diversion and FloodControl Schemes for a Hydropower Station

摘要: 为深入研究施工导流度汛方案对水利水电工程建设造价、工期和建设安全的影响,以湖北某水电站为 研究对象,通过对电站施工导流度汛方案中涉及到的主要问题———导流洞洞径和度汛围堰方案等进行调洪计算、 经济比较及综合分析,对 5个施工导流方案和 3个围堰度汛方案进行优化比选。结果表明,1条 8m×10m导流 洞方案最优,可节省成本 20591万元;采用混凝土防渗墙 +复合土工膜斜墙的全年高围堰最优。研究成果可为 类似工程提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: To study the impact of construction diversion and flood control schemes on the constructioncost, duration and construction safety of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this study takes ahydropower station in Hubei Province as the research object. By addressing the main issues involved inthe station's construction diversion and flood control schemes-including diversion tunnel diameter andflood control cofferdam scheme, flood regulating caleulations, economic comparisons, and comprehensiveanalyses are conducted to optimize and compare 5 construction diversion schemes and 3 cofferdam floodcontrol schemes. The results indicate that the scheme of one 8 m x 10 m diversion tunnel is optimal, ena-bling a cost saving of 20. 591 million yuan; the year-round high cofferdam with concrete cut-off wall +composite geomembrane inclined wall is also optimal. The research results can provide a reference forsimilar projects.
