摘要/Abstract

摘要： 研制了一次装夹即可完成纵向拉伸及压缩试验的工装，配合垂向重物，架车机等，可以完成所有大型养路机械车架的静强度试验。已完成了多种车架的静强度试验，并根据试验结果，对大型养路机械车架静强度的试验标准进行了分析讨论，认为目前我国使用的标准过于严格，并不适用于国内的大型养路机械。

Abstract: A tooling for longitudinal tension and compression test with one clamping was developed,sothat the static strength test of all large railway maintenance machinery frame can be completed with verti-cal weights, car lifting machines, etc. Static strength tests of various frames have been completed. Thetest standards of static strength of large railway maintenance machinery frame was analyzed and dis-cussed. The author thinks that the current standard used in our country is too strict and is not apply tothe domestic large railway maintenance machinery.
