海绵理念在高速公路服务区规划设计中的应用

Application of  Sponge Concept in Planning and Design of Expressway Service Area

摘要: 为解决传统服务区硬化铺装面积大、功能单一、雨水资源利用程度低等问题,基于海绵城市理念,以云南某海绵服务区设计为例,在传统服务区的设计基础上,从海绵服务区设计理念、场地评估、海绵设施布置、植物配置4个方面探讨了高速公路海绵服务区设计。通过因地制宜地使用“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”等多种技术措施,使项目实现径流总量控制、径流峰值控制、径流污染控制及雨水资源化利用等目标:同时,打造功能完善、环境优美、特色鲜明的高速公路服务区,也是绿色公路建设的重要体现。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large hardened pavement area, single function and low utilization of rainwater resources in traditional service area, based on the concept of sponge city, taking thedesign of a sponge service area in Yunnan as an example, the design of expressway sponge service area isdiscussed from four aspects: ponge service area design concept, site evaluation, sponge facility layoutand plant configuration. Through the use of various technical measures such as “ infiltration , retention,storage, purification, utilization and drainageaccording to local conditions, the project can achieve thegoals of total runoff control, peak runoff control, runoff pollution control and rainwater resource utilizaion. At the same time, it is also an important embodiment of green highway construction to build a ex-pressway service area with perfect functions , beautiful environment and bright characteristics.
