某公司装箱线监控系统改造设计

摘要: 结合装箱线行业的控制流程、主流操作习惯、常规人机界面监视控制与数据采集格式,基于某公司数字李生画面改造项目,提出了基于C/S 架构,用U3D 软件进行开发,形成从器件到设备、从设备到生产线、从生产线到工厂的生产流程、维护状态及运行状态的可视化管理系统,经实际验证,其可满足项目的技术要求,使企业可更为便捷地掌握生产信息。

关键词: 数字挛生, 装箱线, 监控系统

Abstract: Combined with the control process, mainstream operation habits, conventional human-machineinterface monitoring control and data acquisition format of the packing line industry , the paper proposed avisual management system for the production process, maintenance status and operation status of the e-quipment, production line, and factory. Combined with the analysis of a company's digital twin screentransformation project,the system is developed based on C/S framework with U3D software. The systemhas been verified in practice and it is proved to meet the technical requirements of the project, so that en-terprises can access to production information more conveniently.
