D煤矿高瓦斯掘进工作面瓦斯防治技术研究

摘要: 防治瓦斯事故发生是煤矿开采过程首先要解决的问题。通过对D 煤矿掘进期间的瓦斯涌出特征进行分析,选取瓦斯压力、含量、绝对瓦斯涌出量、钻屑量及 Ah,等作为监测参数,采用区域瓦斯压力测定、瓦斯防治措施、局部危险性预测、局部抽采措施、抽采效果验证的方式对掘进工作面进行瓦斯跟踪治理,提出煤矿巷道掘进中瓦斯防治措施。工程实践表明:上述综合防治技术能有效改善试验矿井巷道掘进中瓦斯防治效果,保障掘进工作的安全性,推动矿井工作稳定进行。

Abstract: The prevention and control of gas hazards should be given priority in the process of coal min-ing. This paper analyzes the characteristics of gas emission during the excavation of colliery D, selectsthe gas pressure, content, absolute gas emission, drilling cuttings and Ah, as monitoring parameters, anduses regional gas pressure measurement, gas prevention measures, local hazard prediction , local extrac-tion measures and extraction effect verification to track and control the gas in the heading face. The gasprevention and control measures in coal mine roadway excavation are thus put forward. The practiceshows that the comprehensive prevention and control technology proposed has effectively improved the gasprevention and control in the tunnel excavation of the test mine, guaranteed the safety of the excavationwork , and promoted the stable progress of the mining work.
