Abstract: The change of behavior and consciousness brought about by the COVID-19 outbreak will aocel-erate the dynamic transformation of China's manufactuming industry fnom tluee aspects: firstly ，accelera-ting the development of digital technology and promoting the digital transformation of China's manufactur-ing; secondly，enhancing the awareness of independent research and development of enterprises and ac-celerating the pace of innov ation-driven;thirdly ，from the supply and demand sides to promote the con-stnuction of China 's domestic value chain，so that Chin 's manufacturing value chain drive gradually trmns-forms from the developed country multinational companies-led external drive to the endogenous drive ofself-autonomy. In order to take full advantage of the special opportunities under the COVID-19 pandem-ic ，it is necessary to aggregate the efforts to promote the digital transfommation of the industry，acceleratethe construction of autonomous global value chains and promote the Belt and Road construction.
