Abstract: ToimprovelearningandteachingEnglishvocabularyincolleges,thearticlehasappliedProductionorientedApproach(POA)totheteachingdesignandexperimentaccordingtothesocialrequirementsofthestudentsandthestudentspersonalneeds.Toteachaffixationinbusinessnegotiationsituation,theteacherselected,adapted,reorganized,andsupplementedtheteachingmaterialsinthetextbookandsettheteachingobjectivesbasedontheteachingtheoryofPOA.ThePOAprinciplesandthesyllabuswereimplementedthroughblendedteaching(viabothonlineandofflinemethods)withillustrativeexamplesandlanguageactivitiessodesigned.TheeffectivenessofusingPOAincollegeEnglishclassroomisanalyzedandsomeinsightsaregivenintostudentsaffixationlearningfeaturinginputtoapplicationandtheteachersvocabularyteachingdesignandpractice.
