Abstract: Atpresent,mostofthelandusedynamicsimulationsarebasedonsinglescalemathematicalmodels,withoutconsideringthelocalcharacteristicsandnonstationarycharacteristicsoflanduseanddrivingfactors.TakingtheYunnancentralurbanagglomerationareaasanexample,thispapercomprehensivelydeterminesfromthetwoaspectsoflandusestructurefractaldimensioneffectandROCvalue.Logisticregressionanalysiswasusedtodeterminethedrivingfactorsandconstructamultiscenariodynamicsimulationmodel.ExperimentsshowthatthelandusepatternsimulationmodelbasedonGWRLogisticandCLUEScansignificantlyimprovethescaleapplicabilityofthemodelandtheaccuracyoflandspacelayoutsimulation.
