Abstract: WiththedevelopmentofChinasmanufacturing2025nationalstrategy,thenewadvancedmanufacturingmodelhasbecomethetrendofthetimes.Cloudcomputingasanimportantsupporttechnologyloudmanufacturingmodelhasgraduallybecomearesearchhotspot,andhowtosolvetheproblemofenergyconsumptionthroughtheintroductionofenergyefficiencyassessmentmodelincloudmanufacturingenvironmenthasbecomeanimportantresearchtopic.Theobjectiveofthisprojectistoexploretheenergyefficiencyassessmentmodelbystudyingtheenergyefficiencyassessmentmethodbasedonenergyefficiencyserviceportfolioroutingincloudmanufacturingenvironment,focusingontheperformanceassessmentofservicelifecycleenergyassessment,QoSassessmentandmanufacturingresources.Basedontheproposedmethodofserviceportfoliopathoptimizationundertheproposedenergyefficiencyassessmentmodel,itisaresearchserviceforenergyefficiencyperceptionofgreencloudmanufacturingserviceportfolio.
