Abstract: Thispaperanalyzesthequestionnaireoftrainingteachersin30highervocationalcollegesinYunnanProvince,andfindsthatteacherscognitionoftheirowndevelopmentisdiversified;teacherdevelopmentmechanismwithrelatingpolicieshavebeenestablishedinsomevocationalcolleges;thedevelopmentofyoungteachersisthefocusofhighervocationalcolleges;thenumberofteachersreceivingtrainingisconsiderableandtheeffectoftrainingisgoodinhighervocationalcolleges.Intermsofcontentandform,theteacher’sinnerdevelopmentdemandsandexternaltraininghavedeviation;thenumberofteacherswhogotocompanytocarryonthepracticeabilityissmall;thecooperationbetweenteachersandcompaniesinthedevelopmentofnewtechnologyandproductsisnottoomuch.Therefore,thepaperputsforwardtostrengtheningtrainingthelinkbetweenthetrainingunitandthetrainingobject,buildingschoolenterprisecooperationplatformbetweentheschoolandenterprise,providingmorepracticaltrainingopportunitiesforhighervocationalcollegeteachers,enhancingtheexchangeandcooperationbetweenschoolsandenterprises,andsoon.
