Research on the Employment at Vocational Colleges from Perspective of Comprehensive Quality Assessment System

Abstract:

The students' employment at higher vocational colleges has always been paid attention to and one of the most important topics to study. The quantity and quality of employmentis closely related to the personnel cultivation model to implement. Based on the perspective of comprehensive evaluation system
in colleges and universities，the research analyzes the students' present employment situation，problems in comprehensive quality assessment and the optimization scheme. Then it proposes that the evaluation optimization push the optimization of personnel cultivation model，finally getting personnel cultivation，comprehensive quality assessment and students' employment interconnected.
