Abstract:

According to the main source of sewage discharge in a beer factory，the UASB+CASS process was used in the technical modification of a brelvery waste water treatment.  After 5 years of project operation，the results show that beer wastewater treatment using UASB treatment effect is not very satisfactory. After a lot of experiments，it is proved that through the improvement of the uniformity of water distribution in the UASB reactor, the COD in the effluent is significantly reduced and the operation is stable，and the effect of CASS treatment on the follow-up is also improved significantly. Therefore，the rational distribution of water cannot only  ensure  the treatment effect of brewery wastewater, but also operating costs are relatively low，the standard discharge is more safe and reliable.
