Abstract:

Inthispaper,itwasdiscoveredthatforgingandspheroidalannealinghaveacertaineffectonimprovingthecarbidesizeanddistributionuniformity.Carbidemorphologyanddistributionofausteniticprecipitationcanbeimprovedbynormalizing,spheroidizingannealing,buttheperformanceofH13isrestrictedbyorganizationinclusionsandeutecticcarbides.Conventionalheattreatmentprocessafterforginghasnoeffectonthedistributionandmorphologyofeutecticcarbides.
