Abstract: Inordertoputforwardscientificandreasonableequipmentconfigureofrodandwiresteelplant,whichcanrealizethesteelplantcontinuouscompactefficientoperation,thisarticletaketheequipmentbetweenXsteelplant′sblastfurnace(BF)andcontinuouscaster(CC)interfaceastheresearchobject.Theequipmentproductioncapacityof2millionand16millionsteelplantswereanalyzedbyusingaccountingmethodandcapacitymatchingprinciple.Atlast,thescientificandreasonableequipmentconfigureof2million(12millionrodplus08millionwire)and16million(1millionrodplus06millionwire)areacquired.Themethodsandresultsofthisarticlecanprovidesupportforimprovementandreconstructionofrodandwiresteelplant.
