Abstract: Accountingtochromiumwastepollutioncharacteristics,chromiumslagdrydetoxificationexperimentsarecompletedinthetemperaturerangeof600-800℃ usingwalnutshellsandCroftonweedstrawasreducingagent.TheexperimentsshowthattheCroftonweedstrawdetoxificationeffectisbetterthanthatofwalnutshellunderthesameconditions.Themainfactorstoaffectthechromiumslagsdetoxificationincludetemperature,materialproportionandheatingtimeetc.optimalexperimentconditionincludesmassratioofchromiumslagsandreducingagentis1∶1,storagetimeis10min,andCroftonweedstraworwalnutshellsasreducingagent,the650℃ heatingtemperatureaswell
