Abstract: TheinfluencefactorofA#BF′sservicelifecomesfromtheeffectofrawmaterialstooperationparameter,resultingintheworsesmeltingconditionandthegatheredharmfulelementschangingtheblastparameter.BF′ssmoothoperationandservicelifehavebeengreatlyimprovedbyseriesofmeasuresasmonitoring&analyzingtheparameter,restrainingthetitaniumseparatingoutofslag,dischargingharmfulelementsintime,makingthehearthactive,optimizingtheparameterbeforeuse,changingthedistortedblastparameter,adoptinganhydrousgroutingliningtechnologyandadjustingparameterinhightemperatureareas.
