Abstract: The ecological conservation red line is an important guarantee for the construction of ecologicacivilization and the sustainable development of economy and society. It has established the control bound.ary of ecological space, and further tightened the management and restriction of ecological space. Howev.er, during the implementation process from 2018 to 2019 , there appeared many problems such as incompatibility with social and economic development, implementation difficulties , and conflicts with other protection red lines. According to the general idea ofmulti-regulation , management combination", the spatial layout of ecological conservation red line is optimized and adjusted, and the rules of management andcontrol are improved to ensure that ecological functions are not reduced, the area is not reduced, the nature is not changed, and authority, science, and the rule of law are defined. The results of the implementation can provide reference for the preparation of the land space planning and the definition of the ec-ological red line survey in Suijiang County.
