Abstract: The problem of illegal campus loans in vocational colleges of border area has specific features ,which has brought challenges to the college counselors’ work in maintaining the rights and safety ofstudents. Based on the principle of “Moral Education", we analyzed and found the countermeasures forillegal campus loan problems in higher vocational colleges in border areas, and improve and innovate therelevant methods. While promoting counselors’skills in coping with issues concerning students’ basicrights and security, students’ self-management mechanisms will be also boosted.
