Abstract: The healthy values of young people in the new era is related to the development of the country.We should inherit craftsmanship in building the Communist Party of China to promote the transformationand upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. This paper expounds youth and their values from theperspective of Marxism, the origin and connotation of craftsmanship, and analyzes the significance of in.heriting craftsman spirit in the new era to reduce the mpact of unhealthy tendencies on youth, to highlight the role of craftsmanship in helping youth become role model and promote their cultural self-confi-dence, and to improve the professional skills of talents. t puts forward some suggestions on studying onthe characteristics of craftsmanship in different countries and in different times, and on applying crafts-manship in vocational education.
