Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Whole Process of “Three-Wide Education Specialized Courses Teaching Featuring”:A Case Study of Human Resources Management in Tourism” Course

Abstract: The ideological and political education refers to integrate ideological and political education intospecialized course teaching to develop the “ Three-wide Education” ( the whole staff education, all-roundeducation, and the whole process of education) and foster virtue through education. In the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities , it is inclined to excavate the ideological and political education resources in the teaching materials, or achieve education goal through combining value guid.ance with knowledge impartment. In the implementation of the teaching mode , however, there appear someproblems such as the ineffectiveness in integrating the ideological and political education resources in theteaching design, and students' lack of motivation in learning. This paper makes a cases study of “HumanResources Management in Tourism” course, and explores the ideological and political education in thewhole teaching process of specialized courses. A new teaching mode is created to synergize teaching design.teaching process , teaching content, teaching methods , teaching patterns and teaching assessment, whichaims to achieve the integration of knowledge , skills, abilities and values. It also puts forward the function of ideological and political education in a two-way synchronous cultivation mode for both students andteachers to provide reference for the ideological and political education in other specialized courses.
