The “Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in higher vocational colleges is a long-term project, which plays an important role in the Party building in higher education and facilitates thebuilding of the Communist Youth League of China ( CYLC). This paper elaborates the concept and work-ing mode of the “Youth League Building Led by Party Building”in higher vocational colleges. A casestudy is made on a college in Yunnan Province listed in the “High-Level Higher Vocational College Pro-ject”. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the “Youth League Building Ledby Party Building”in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the construction strategy and imple-mentation path of the long-term mechanism.

In the newly promulgated Vocational EducationLaw of the People's Republic of China, it is further emphasized to broaden the development path of vocational school students through various channels, and the coordinated development between secondary andhigher vocational colleges is one of the most conventional and effective ways. The analysis shows that the vocational education exchange and cooperation between Yunnanand Laos relies on the advantages of geographical location , national policies, platform , BBS, and lan-guage specialties. The exchange and cooperation present a variety of practice patterns and positive development, including exchange and interactive training of international students, vocational skills trainingschool-enterprise joint training and collaborative education , projects to aid Laos , cross-border training.and opening of Lao language specialties. However, there are also challenges and dilemmas such as lowparticipation of enterprises, low level of cooperation, uneven flow scale, and the huge impact of the epi-demic. The ideological and political education refers to integrate ideological and political education intospecialized course teaching to develop the “ Three-wide Education” ( the whole staff education, all-roundeducation, and the whole process of education) and foster virtue through education. In the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities , it is inclined to excavate the ideological and political education resources in the teaching materials, or achieve education goal through combining value guid.ance with knowledge impartment. In the implementation of the teaching mode , however, there appear someproblems such as the ineffectiveness in integrating the ideological and political education resources in theteaching design, and students' lack of motivation in learning. This paper makes a cases study of “HumanResources Management in Tourism” course, and explores the ideological and political education in thewhole teaching process of specialized courses. A new teaching mode is created to synergize teaching design.teaching process , teaching content, teaching methods , teaching patterns and teaching assessment, whichaims to achieve the integration of knowledge , skills, abilities and values. It also puts forward the function of ideological and political education in a two-way synchronous cultivation mode for both students andteachers to provide reference for the ideological and political education in other specialized courses.

Poverty has been a social problem for a long time. Myths and rituals are inextricably linked at the beginning of their birth. Rituals serve to be themeans to facilitate the inheritance, sanctification and restatement of myths. The interpretation of rituals isbased on the texts of myths as evidence, which contributes to the intertextuality between myths and ritu-als. The Naxi nationality has a rich and complex mythological system. It embodies the ancient Dongbaculture, and provides sufficient evidence and acceptable interpretation for the polymorphic festival ceremonies of the Naxi nationality. Through the illustration of the myth narration and rituals of the Naxi na-tionality , the paper analyzes the intertextuality between the various forms of myths and rituals, studies therelationship between the myths and rituals of the Naxi nationality from the perspective of dynamic development, and explores the significance of the study in the new era.
