    The Effect of Industrial Waste Residue on the Performance of Concrete

    The concrete of C20,C30 and C40 were prepared by using fly ash,slag powders and steel slag powders as admixture instead of 25%cement.  The workability and compressive strength of concrete samples were tested;the result showed that  three  kinds of  admixture  have different of imprrovement to workability of concrete.  Comparing with datum concrete,the concrete adding admixture has low early strength and its long-term strength increased rapidly.  The growth of the late strength of concrete with steel slag powder is the fastest.

    |Thermodynamics and the conditions of sodium silicate prepared by  micro-silica fume were study. The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,the ratio of silicon base and the liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of SiO2 and modulus were investigated. The results demonstrated that sodium silicate prepared by  micro-silica fume is feasible.  The optimum preparation condition was obtained from the dissolution experiment: reaction temperature of 180 0C,the ratio of silicon base of 2. 5, the solid ratio of 10 mL/g and reaction time of 40 min.  The dissolution rate of Si02 and sodium silicon modulus were 77. 1% and  2. 3 respectively  under the optimum condition.

    The paper focused on hidden troubles in the process of duarry safety inspection for transformation and upgrading of Yunnan Province.  The basic reasons for the existence of security risks were ana-lyzed and summarized.  Taking the Liangshuijing duarry as an example,the paper proposed rectification plans for the major security risks by considering special geographical environment and terrain features of the duarry.  In the planning scheme,a safe operating platform is formed,It reduces the ore heap height,avoids a series of security problems of operation on high and steep slopes and the floor cut ore loading,avoids other accidents such as mud一rock flow.  This planning scheme has reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of other similar duarry in our province,and the safety of mining.

    In rainy season,the water content of blasting hole is serious in Manjiazhai mining area of Yunnan Hualian zinc indium Ltd. When using the finished emulsion explosive,the blasting cTuality is duced because borehole is not smooth and in case of structural plane deviation affects boreholes cavities and boreholes.  In order to solve the hole charge problem,through a lot of tests,explosives filled hole was solved by using the orange film bags of explosives and then take the hoisting method.  This method can improve the single hole charge,the blasting cTuality and excavator shovel loading efficiency.  Annual savings of two blasting cost is 1 .25 million.  At the same time,this method can also avoid the loss clue to residual propellant hole appears,reduce security risks.

    The GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection engine)technology has important application value for the vehicle dynamics,fuel economy and emissions.  By analyzing the emergence and development of the GDI,and the problems existing in the present study,a new type of electronic multiple GDI technology based on
    constant vessel combustion was proposed.  The experiment and the related mechanism research were conducted,which mainly had difference enhancing the charge density fuel injection and spray macro morphology.  This technology can achieve optimal performance of fuel economy and emissions.

    Saddle point linear system is a symmetric and indefinite linear system,which comes from the optimization problem,the least sduare problem and so on. In practical applications,the system is usually large,and the coefficient matrix is sparse,so we should use the iterative method to solve the problem. Uzawa algorithm is an effective method for solving the saddle point problem,the algorithm is simple,but it is slow in convergence. In this paper, it is of great interest to develop an efficient iterative method for solving the saddle point problems.  Based on iterative scheme,we present a new Uzawa一AOP method and prove the convergence of the proposed method.  Actually,the new method can be considered as an inexact iteration method with the Uzawa as the outer iteration and the AOP as the inner iteration.  Numerical examples are used to illustrate the efficiency of the new iteration method.

    The  failure mode of concrete beams is analyzed based on the theory of security systems engineering and finite element  method  basic principle  to ensure the structural concrete  beams  reinforced security and reliability,understand concrete beams strengthened in various environmental stress load conditions  to  a reinforce concrete beam. Failure tree model and finite element model of reinforced failure of concrete beams  as  the  top  event were established. Queltative analysis and numerical calculation were done. so as  to  make  the overall evaluation of the structural safety of reinforced concrete directly, and determine the main  potential risk of accident.  Further more,reliable analysis of reinforced concrete beam strengthened sevurity was done. The research results show that the mode failure probability is about 2. 13 % in concrete beams reinforced concrete beam failure,building concrete beam reliability is about97. 87 %. It can provide a scientific basis for the determination and implementation of concrete beam reinforcement methods.

    According to the main source of sewage discharge in a beer factory,the UASB+CASS process was used in the technical modification of a brelvery waste water treatment.  After 5 years of project operation,the results show that beer wastewater treatment using UASB treatment effect is not very satisfactory. After a lot of experiments,it is proved that through the improvement of the uniformity of water distribution in the UASB reactor, the COD in the effluent is significantly reduced and the operation is stable,and the effect of CASS treatment on the follow-up is also improved significantly. Therefore,the rational distribution of water cannot only  ensure  the treatment effect of brewery wastewater, but also operating costs are relatively low,the standard discharge is more safe and reliable.
