Analysis of the Evolution and Driving Forces of Landscape Pattern in an Ecological Context: A Case Study of Chengjiang City, Yunnan Province

摘要:

景观格局演变研究是探究区域生态安全与可持续发展的重要途径。本研究基于2000—2020年Landsat系列遥感影像,结合Fragstats4.2软件计算景观格局指数,综合运用转移矩阵、地理探测器等方法,系统揭示澄江市景观格局时空演变特征及驱动机制。研究表明:1)澄江市景观覆盖类型从2000—2020年,一直以耕地、林地为主。20年间耕地面积减少6.54km²,大部分转移为草地、林地;林地面积增加36.81km²,增长主要来源于耕地;建设用地面积增长5.15km²,主要来自耕地与林地;2)2000—2020年间,澄江市景观破碎化程度加剧,蔓延度指数和香农多样性指数呈上升趋势,表明人类活动导致景观异质性增强。本研究验证了Fragstats在高原湖泊区景观分析中的适用性,并为澄江市国土空间优化与生态保护提供了数据支撑。

Abstract:

The study of landscape pattern evolution is an important way to understand regional ecological security and sustainable development. This study uses Landsat series remote sensing images from 2000 to 2020, combined with Fragstats 4.2 software to calculate landscape pattern indices. It also employs methods such as the transfer matrix and geographic detector to systematically reveal the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and driving mechanisms of the landscape pattern in Chengjiang City. The results show that: 1) From 2000 to 2020, the land coverage types in Chengjiang City were dominated by cultivated land and forest land. Over the 20‑year period, the cultivated land area has decreased by 6.54 km², most of which was converted to grassland and forest. The forest area increased by 36.81 km², mainly from cultivated land, while the construction land area increased by 5.15 km², mainly from cultivated land and forest land. 2) Between 2000 and 2020, the degree of landscape fragmentation in Chengjiang City intensified, with both the Contagion Index and Shannon's Diversity index showing upward trends, indicating that human activities have led to increased landscape heterogeneity. This study validates the applicability of Fragstats in landscape analysis of plateau lake areas and provides data support for the land space optimization and ecological protection in Chengjiang City.
