The results show that the value of D calculated by the meth.od of AHP-LEC can better reflect the safety state of actual working conditions, which plays an effectiveguiding role in actual production.

    Pb(Zr0.52,Ti0.48)O3, is a typical piezoelectric material. It can be used to prepare all kinds of piezoelectric devices because of its excellent properties, and it has been widely concerned by many researchers. PZT thin films with different compositions were prepared on SrTiO3(100)single crystal sub-strate by PLD method. The effects of laser energies and Zr/Ti ratio on the crystallization quality of Pb(Zr0.52,Ti0.48)O3, thin films were discussed. The optimum conditions for the growth of PZT films were obtained. The rocking curves of (002) were analyzed. The results show that the Pb(Zr0.52,Ti0.48)O3, filmswith uniform surface and small root mean square roughness are obtained, reflecting better crystallization quality. The grain size of the film prepared in the 2 to 6 nm range according to the formula can be used indevice fabrication.

    Using TiH2 powder as raw material, pure titanium with relative density more than 95% can beobtained through forming and one-step sintering. The elongation is 6. 67% and reduction of area is 2. 97%. In order to improve its plasticity index, the pure titanium bar with diameter of 5mm was pre-pared by rotary forging from the sintered bar with diameter of 20 mm x 200 mm. The tensile strength, e-longation and area reduction of the annealed bar were 431.26 MPa, 26% and 38.53% respectively. Theplasticity index of the annealed bar was 70% higher than that of the sintered bar, but slightly lower thanthat of the purchased annealed bar. Rotary forging provides a strong three-dimensional compressivestress. The micro pores and micro cracks in the sintered billets are not easy to gather and expand intomacro cracks, and the deformation mode which extends along with the two-way compression is easy to be-come less harmful line defects, and the material shaping is significantly improved.

    Mankong limestone open-pit mine has a large mining depth and poor lithology. The stability ofstope slope is directly related to the normal operation of the mine, and it also affects the rationality of themine's deep extension mining design. Therefore , the analysis and evaluation of its slope stability is very im-portant. According to the engineering geological conditions and rock mass quality evaluation, FLAC andslide 6.0 software are used to establish slope model, calculate and analyze the slope stability of each subar-ea. The slope safety factors are calculated respectively under three working conditions: self weight, selfweight +blasting and self weight + earthquake. The results show that the slope of open pit mine end bound.ary is stable with some security reserve, and slope stability achieves the safety grade and meets require-ments of codes concerned in all working conditions, which illustrates that the slope structure parameters otthe end stope design is feasible and rational to some degree. At the same time, it is suggested that smoothblasting and presplitting blasting should be adopted when the slope is close to the slope design boundary.

    In view of the complex composition of high-iron sphalerite and many interference factors for thedetermination of low-content indium in the ore, a flame atomic absorption method was established to determine the low-content indium in high-iron sphalerite. The detection limit of the method is 0.001 ugmL, and the concentration of indium sample is in the range of 0.01 ~ 10 ug/ml. It represents a linearrelationship with the absorbance value A and the correlation coefficient of the linear equation is 0. 999 93.The recovery rate of different spiked samples is 98. 1% to 101. 4% , and the relative standard deviation ofthe determination results of different content samples is 0. 34% ~0. 84%. The accuracy and precision ofthe method can thus meet the requirements.

    There are some problems in moving house. For example, it is complex and time-consuming asthe traditional fully mechanized working face is parallel to the working face of coal wall or faults with anoblique fall greater than the mining height. Hydraulic support work face with integral roof beam combinedwith suspension will expand and the working face roof pressure will increase when meeting with water incarbonaceous mudstone floor.     Yinachang iron and copper mine has been mined for a long time and a large number of mine goafhave been formed. In order to evaluate the stability of goaf and surface , The FALC3 finite difference numeri-cal software is used to simulate the influence of underground mining on its goaf and surface stability. The sim-ulation results show that because the roof and floor of the mine have good rock properties and the rockmass isstable, the plastic zone produced by the stope roof is limited after the full-scale excavation with retained pil-lars , the plastic zone is not penetrated to the surface, and the overall subsidence deformation of the surfaceand the stope roof is very small, which has no disturbing effect on the surface and meanwhile has certain secu-rity. The surface and goaf surrounding rock are in a stable state , which proves that the mining method has theadvantages of safety and low cost with certain feasibility and rationality. The research results provide a theo-retical basis for the safe and efficient production of the mine. The research results provide theoretical basisand technical guidance for safe and efficient mining of the deep ore body and safety of surface.

    Baimashan lead-zinc mine of Yingjiang is located in Tengchong-Lianghe polymetallic metallo-genic belt of “Sanjiang”in Yunnan Province, The lead-zinc orebody occurs in the fracture zone of thefirst member of Cuanshang formation of Lower Devonian. The shape of the ore body is vein-like and len-ticular, the expansion and shrinkage, reappearance are common phenomenon. The ore body is strictlycontrolled by the strata and structure, especially closely related to interlayer faults. Based on the site in-spection, the author thinks that the Baimashan lead-zinc deposit is a hydrothermal filling vein deposit.The wall rock alterations related to mineralization are skarnization, sericitization , limonite mineralization.carbonation and silicification. Soil geochemical anomaly can also be used asimopor-tant prospecting indi-cator in this mining area.

    According to the requirements of a cigarette factory , the change of distribution system parameters is monitored in real time, so that the problems in parameters can be timely warned. A power distribu-tion parameter monitoring system based on ModBus RTU protocol is proposed in the paper. The systemrealizes the serial communication between MCU and PLC. The MCU receives the data of power parameters and carries on the analysis and processing, then displays the monitored parameters through the multidigit tube to realize the real-time monitoring of the parameter state. The practical application proves thatthe system can monitor all kinds of distribution parameters with stable operation, good real-time performance , simple software.

    This paper presents a hardware design and software implementation of a multi-channel servocontroller based on RS422 bus and user-defined communication protocol. Through the PCA module ofC8051F340 MCU and the extension of 74HC595, the drive control of 13 steering gear is realized. Theupper computer can realize the remote control of a single actuator by sending the steering angle controlcommand to the controller. The system has the advantages of simple structure , low development cost,strong expansibility and good use value.

    After analyzing the engineering characteristics of highway bridges in mountainous areas, thispaper used intuitionistic fuzzy analysis to find out four engineering characteristics which have greater in-fluence on the construction cost of highway bridges in mountainous areas, which are in turn adopted asthe inputs to the model to construct a prediction model of highway bridge cost in mountain area based onfuzzy logic and GA-BP neural network. It also designed a program with MATLAB neural network toolbox.and select 36 sets of completed engineering data to train, test, and verify the model. The results showthat the prediction precision of the model meets the requirements. By comparing the results of the CA-BPneural network model and the BP neural network model, it shows that the CA-BP neural network modelhas faster convergence speed, higher accuracy and better stability. It has further verified the feasibilitand validity of the model based on fuzzy logic and GA-BP neural network.

     Fe/ZSM-5 catalyst was prepared with ZSM-5 molecular sieve as support and Fe(NO3)3·9H2as Fe source. The heterogeneous Fenton system composed of Fe/ZSM-5 and H,0, was used to de-grade methyl orange. The effects of H2O2 dosage, catalyst dosage, pH value , reaction temperature andtime on the degradation of methyl orange were studied. The results showed that the degradation rate ofmethyl orange could reach 93.8% under the optimal conditions of 1. 6 g catalyst, 0. 3 mol/L H,O,, pH 3, 30℃and 60 min.

    In order to recover and utilize calcium source in phosphogypsum, feed grade calcium hydrogenphosphate was prepared by the reaction of phosphoric acid with calcium hydrosulfide prepared from phospho-gypsum. The results show that the route of preparing calcium hydrogen phosphate from phosphogypsum is fea-sible; both wet process phosphoric acid and thermal process phosphoric acid can produce feed grade calciumhydrogen phosphate products in line with national standards; compared with the two, wet process phosphoricacid has advantages in cost, while thermal process phosphoric acid has advantages in quality. The experimen-tal results have a certain guiding significance for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.

    Nutrients in dietary directly influence human health and they can serve as metabolic substrates forintestinal microbiota, while metabolic products of microbes absorbed by guts will affect human's physiologicalfunction. In this study, we reanalyzed a dataset of 16S rRNA sequencing consisting of 95 individuals that is divided into three groups (no diet group, diet with high fat group and diet with low fat group), using the ex-tended Taylor's Power Law method and Hill Number index with the aim to study whether or not the diet patternwould change gut microbiota spatial distribution patterns and diversity characteristics. Our results demonstratedthat the systematic characteristics of gut microbiota were stable in general and gut microbial communities pres-ent aggregate condition with little inter-species and intra-species heterogenety in different groups. Adjusteddiet pattern can not cause an obvious change in the spatial heterogeneity of gut microbiota. The result of HilNumber (g =0, 1) revealed that humans with high fat diet had higher diversity than humans with low fat diet.though no significant differences among all groups were observed in Hill Number when g took other values (g2, 3, 4). Overall, our results show that the diversity characteristics of gut microbiota link to the dietarpattern to some extent, but the spatial distribution of gut microbiota had little relationship with dietary pattern.

    Manufacturing/remanufacturing closed loop logistics network is an integrated network of for-ward logistics and reverse logistics based on remanufacturing. Optimization of the manufacturing/remanu-facturing logistics network is to select a reasonable channel for the flow of each finished product and recy-cled product to minimize the total operating cost. This paper proposes a manufacturing/remanufacturinglogistics network optimized model based on Floyd algorithm, which results in the single-piece operatingcost of logistics facilities and the single-piece cost of transportation, and calculates the minimum cost ofeach distribution channel. Considering the capacity limitation of the forward logistics facilities, we canchoose the appropriate circulation path to minimize the total cost. Finally, we give an example to illus-trate the model.
