This article takes the poverty alleviation practice of Fengke Town, Yulong County, Yunnan Provinceas an example to think over the methods for the effective alignment of poverty alleviation with rural revitalization.     In the paper,  500 students from poor families in higher vocational colleges of Yunnan Prov.ince were taken as samples through stratified random sampling method. The depression of students werediscussed by using the epression Self-Assessment Scale ( SDS) as a measuring tool. The results showthat some students from poor families are suffering from severe depression. The depression rate of studentsin higher vocational colleges is proportional to the grade and age of students, but is not directly propor.tional to their gender, the marital status of their parents , or whether they are the only-child in their family. The study aims to give insights to the causes of depression of college students in Yunnan Province.

     China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. With the continuous im-provement of national economy and rapid development of colleges and universities, the infrastructure construction of colleges and universities has also increased. The infrastructure construction of major collegesand universities is large in scale, great in number and urgent in time. The situation of infrastructure development in colleges and universities and the problems of corruption emerged wherein have posed severechallenges. Through the analysis of both the common and specific features in developing infrastructure incolleges and universities , this paper suggests to highlight the roles of discipline inspection division before,in and after discipline inspection and auditing, the function of early warning and response mechanisms,and the implementation of rules and principles in inspection and audit, so as to prevent and reduce cor-ruption problems in infrastructure construction.

    A large number of archaic words in the dialect nursery rhymes in Northeast Yunnan show thesimplicity of ancient times, and record the history of immigration and the formation of Chinese dialects.After the May 4th Movement of 1919, under the influence of the Vernacular Language Movement and thenew trends of thought, a large number of nursery rhymes featuring children's nature have emerged. Newwords and expressions reflecting the new things are found in the dialect nursery rhymes , which is to “takein the fresh. As a folk oral literature which is on the verge of disappearing, dialect nursery rhymes pre-serve the characteristics of the local dialect, which is the “living fossil”for language research. The pur.pose of this paper is to deeply explore the vocabulary characteristics of nursery rhymes in Northeast Yun-nan dialects via corpus and classics.

    The study explored the use of Bai language and Chinese language among Bai students in sever-al universities in Yunnan Province through questionnaire surveys. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical software, and the results showed that: 1) Most Bai students are able to use Bai language for dailycommunication, but the actual usage of Bai language is dominant only in the family, and it is not themain language used in schools and public places. 2) Furthermore , there was a significant correlation be-tween the parents' marriage status, the ethnic composition of the residence area and the use of Bai lan-guage. The respondents have a strong sense of identity with both Bai culture and Bai language. 3)Students'use of Bai language is relatively in fair condition, but the overall use frequency shows a downward trend. Measures to protect Bai language should be taken sooner rather than later. It is proposed totake the Bai inhabited area as the main implementation area of Bai language protection, make efficientuse of network platform resources, expand the publicity of Bai language and culture, synchronize offlinedistinctive activities ,and create an influential cultural brand.

    The Sorrow of War is a novel written by the Vietnamese writer Bao Ning. This work mainly fo-cuses on the pain caused by the Vietnam War to the people through the narrative method of stream of con-sciousness and from the perspective of anti-war. lt depicts the relationship of the protagonist with the fe-male characters in the novel. In building the female images, Bao Ning not only depicts the women livingunder traditional patriarchy, but also many female characters with feminist consciousness , including AFang who rebels against traditions, A:Xing and A'He who are praised as heroines, and HeBi who yearnsfor gender equality between men and women. The status and life experience of female characters are stud-ied. This article mainly analyzed the classification of image building of female characters and discussedtheir destinies.

    The Simola Wa village is inhabited by a small-scale Wa ethnic group in Qingshui town, Teng-chong city in the southwest border of Yunnan Province, which is located in a multi-ethnic area where Hanpeople live. The village worship ceremony here has undergone tremendous changes, but it still has an un-abated influence on the development of the Simola Wa village. It is found that the village worship ceremo-nies have shown their inclusiveness and adaptability in the long-term ethnicmerge over time, with its u-nique characteristics and cultures in the content and process of the ceremonies. The village worship cere-monies play an active role in maintaining ethnic unity, inheriting ethnic culture, promoting ethnic identity, and keeping ethical order. The long-term ethnicmerge and social changes found in the ceremoniesserve to be huge impetus to the transformation and development of ritual beliefs.

    A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 115 tourist attrac-tions staffs , 72 tour guides and 399 tourists in northwestern Yunnan. The article is to research on the cur-rent situation of medical and health services in scenic spots in northwest Yunnan and the safety conscious-ness of tourists and travel providers, and to provide the oretical basis for formulating health policies and in-tervention methods to reduce travel accident frequency. The survey shows that: 67.2% (268 tourists) and8.3% (6 tour guides) did not know whether there was a medical service station in the scenic spot. 93. 1%(67 tour guides) and 93.7% (374 tourists) think that it is necessary to set up medical service stations inscenic spots of various sizes, and 99. 1% ( 114 tourist attractions staffs ) think that it is necessary to set upmedical service stations in scenic spots. On one hand, as there are few tourists know about medical station-sin scenic spots, publicity of medical stations should be promoted. Authorities should pay attention to thedevelopment of medical services in tourist attractions, including the infrastructure and soft power, so as toaccelerate the steady development of tourism in northwest Yunnan as a whole.

The trial results vary greatly among some similalcases in terms of different laws. We believe that the legal effect of the transfer of personal commercial in.surance claim should be analyzed from the value and function of insurance, and the features of the claimrights for insurance benefits.
