According to CB/T14201--2018 determination of compressive strength of iron pellets for blastfurnace and direct reduction, the paper measures therepeatability , testing machine , standard dynamome-ter and uncertainty of each component of computer acquisition system. The compressive strength of ironpellets is measured by the pellet compression tester, and the measurement results are evaluated accordinto JJF1059.1-- 2012 evaluation and expression of measurement uncertainty. The results show that themeasurement uncertainty is Ugs( P) = 3. 2% , k =2. The results show that through the evaluation and a-nalysis of the measurement uncertainty of each component, the measurement repeatability component hasthe greatest influence on the measurement uncertainty: the detection reproducibility of this method is bet-ter than that of the existing methods: a lot of operation time is saved.

The paper adopts the point-pillar upward layered filling mining method on the basis of thecharacteristics of an iron mine such as inclined orebody, thick ore body , high-bench , rockmass stabilityand protection need to the surface. It also illustrates the mining technology of as designed. To ensure thereliability and rationality of safe use of the mining method, the stope structure parameters are as follows :the stope length is 40 m, the inter pillar 4 m wide, the spot pillar 5 m x5 m, and the net spacing betweenthe point pillars 8. 5 m. Stability of the stope with this structural parameter is simulated by FLAC3D soft-ware. Simulation results show that the stope structural parameters have certain feasibility , rationality andsecurity in the case of filling; the height of plastic zone produced by slicing operation is small, and thesurface subsidence deformation is very small, which indicates that the safety of mining with point-pillaiupward layered filling mining method will not present safety risks to the surface. lt is also proved that themining method has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost. The research results provide a theoreti-cal basis for the safe and efficient production of the mine.

High resolution Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM) can directly observe the surface mor-phology and mineral composition of the samples, and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer ( EDS) can conductquantitative or semi-quantitative composition analysis. The combination of SEM and EDS plays an important role in mineral composition identification. In this paper, the mineral composition of paleogene shalereservoir in Liaozhong Sag was studied by argon ion polishing technology , field emission scanning electronmicroscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the Backscattered Electrons ( BE) arenot as good as the secondary electrons in reflecting the surface morphology details of the sample whenstudying the mineral in shale reservoir by sem, but the BE can show the difference of chemical composition or atomic number in the microregion, and the mineral can be preliminarily identified by gray scaledifference and mineral morphology characteristics. Therefore , for minerals with similar morphology and little difference in the gray scale of backscattered electron images, they can be distinguished according to theelement composition and atomic ratio analyzed by energy spectrum. For unusual minerals, the composition and distribution of elements can be inferred from energy spectrum.

Automobile fog lamp is an important external lighting device for automobile. In the case of badweather, the light penetration of fog lamp is strong, which can improve the visibility of the car and thesurrounding traffic, to warn the drivers and help avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents. However, thecircuit of fog lamp indicator and the control circuit of fog lamp are not necessarily in series , which makesthe fog lamp malfunction and the fog lamp indicator still works normally. Based on the analysis of theworking principle of the automobile fog lamp and the existing hidden danger of the automobile fog lampsystem, this paper improves the branch of the automobile fog lamp and adds a relay to it. When thebranch of the automobile fog lamp malfunctions , the indicator light of the fog lamp will not work , and thiscan solve the problem when the automobile fog lamp system fails to work.
