Abstract: In the design process of open-pit mining, reasonable determination of the open-pit mining boundary is a key basic work, which is directly related to the production and operation of the mine. In combination with the specific mine engineering geological conditions, the paper uses the three-dimensional modeling software Surpac to establish the geological model of the deposit. According to the technical parameters of mine mining and beneficiation, combined with the current economic conditions, the paper uses the Whittle software to dynamically optimize the boundary of the open-pit mining of the mine, and finally determines the boundary of the open-pit mining of the mine, providing a strong support for the rational and efficient use of the discovered ore resources of the mine.
