Abstract:
Theformulationandimplementationofhumanresourceplanningplaysakeyroleforthehealthandrapiddevelopmentofenterprise.Theenterprisecouldn'tbettergraspthedemandsforhumanresourcemanagementbytheenterprise'developmentduetoenterpriseculture,managementconcept,developmentidea,managementlevelandotherreasons.Theformulationandimplementationofhumanresourceplanninglackssystematicnessandpertinencyduetoitsbreakingawayfromthemanagementfact.Throughtheanalysis,theauthorthinkstheenterprisesshouldabidebythetarget-oriented,problem-oriented,practice-oriented,coordination-oriented,andeffect-orientedprincipleswhenformulatingandimplementinghumanresourceplanningtodeeplyintegratehumanresourceplanning,managementfactwithlong-term developmentsothatthehumanresourceplanningcanpracticallygiveplaytothesupportfunctionforthelong-termdevelopmentofenterprise.
