摘要:

发动机缸内直喷技术,对汽车动力性和燃油经济性及排放有着重要的应用价值。通过分析发动机缸内直喷技术的产生和发展,以及在当下研究中存在的问题,提出了一种基于定容式燃烧的新型电控燃油多段缸内直喷技术。主要进行融合了高的充量浓度的燃油喷射及喷雾宏观形态区别的试验研究和相关机理分析,使得燃油经济性和排放性能达到最优组合。

关键词: 多段喷射, 定容式燃烧, 燃油经济性

Abstract:

The GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection engine)technology has important application value for the vehicle dynamics,fuel economy and emissions.  By analyzing the emergence and development of the GDI,and the problems existing in the present study,a new type of electronic multiple GDI technology based on
constant vessel combustion was proposed.  The experiment and the related mechanism research were conducted,which mainly had difference enhancing the charge density fuel injection and spray macro morphology.  This technology can achieve optimal performance of fuel economy and emissions.
